In the role as a Business Development Representative, the BDR works to grow the corporate market position and achieve financial growth in medium manufacturing and non-manufacturing customers ($200,000 - $500,000).
In this role, you will leverage internal marketing, inside sales and our presales resources, as well as our extensive partner ecosystem in order to generate leads and manage opportunities and accounts to drive revenue in net new accounts and expand our presence in the territory's existing customer base.
The successful OSR generates and secures new sales of products and value add services to increase our market share and drive value. In addition, the OSR ensures efficient and effective sales operations and superior customer relations with new and existing accounts.

The person in this position will align with the corporate long-term strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Develops and maintains a strong base of working knowledge of the retail and alternate care customers and markets through the use of ABDC training, District Director coaching, display of market/customer business curiosity, industry information and company literature, which allows for successful execution of ABDC sales strategies and commercial insights.
