Initiate enhancements and quality improvements to ensure the monthly metric review process provides Senior Management with necessary tools to better understand the key financial and business metrics and make appropriate proactive and reactive business decisions.

In this role, the selected candidate will work with Internal-use software capitalization team to develop and maintain a standardized template for accounting and forecasting Fixed Asset capitalization, amortization, impairment and retirement.
Responsible for the completion of the TIAA Statutory Financial Statement monthly (Capital Flash report) and quarterly (Fluctuation Analysis) reports used by key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors and regulators.
In this role, you will be responsible for more complex finance activities involving implementation of strategic plans, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for a business unit or associate area.
