As a Territory Sales Representative (aka Regional Manager) for our Houston territory, you will cultivate relationships with all the school districts and educational programs within this growing region. On a daily basis, you will be making sales calls in both the early childhood and elementary school markets.
Sales experience in territory, multifamily sales experience or construction sales a plus, supply chain management, high energy, professional, relationship selling, social, multi-tasker, attention to detail.
Responsible for pull through at existing accounts, and also for account growth following initial launch by the Territory Manager. Provide input regarding account priorities, competitive intelligence and, where appropriate, leverage relationships to assist the Territory Manager in achievement of territory/business objectives.
As a Territory Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships (home office); presentations are via face to face client meetings as well as presenting proposals and RFPs. Ideal candidates will need to be able to present to small as well as large clients.
The role will require the maintenance of existing accounts and a targeted and driven focus of new customer acquisitions across the given region. The role will involve travel and carry aggressive sales targets and quarterly objectives.
