Manage the upgrades/retrofit construction project program process administration across the data center portfolio. Focus is on ability to manage multiple project at one time over multiple locations globally.
Manages people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion.
Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
Creates an environment that encourages identifying, managing and controlling risks. Ability to analyze present-state, develop future state alternatives and facilitate implementation. Analyzes process data to recognize systemic flaws that require process redesign and performance fluctuations that should be addressed.
Work with the Client director and client Treasury staff to develop and/or maintain project plans that will guide and assist the Client team in their role as support for the Client Treasurers Office in the implementation of treasury modules.
Responsible for assembling project plans and team assignments, holding project meetings, monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and managing timeline and budget issues appropriately.
Manages mid to large-size jobs or multiple projects from pre-booking to customer acceptance. Supervises, directs and motivates the project team during planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects. Ensures customer satisfaction during and at final project completion.
Directly manage personnel performance, workloads and scheduling of personnel; adjust staffing plans based on workload changes; re-allocate and re-prioritize employees to optimize skills and provide surge support; and post requisitions, interview and hire personnel as needed.
