In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining already developed product control processes (daily or less frequent), e.g. balance sheet reconciliations including auto reconciliations, portfolio opening and maintenance.
The Operations Analyst will provide support in the areas including but not limited to vendor relationships, training and computing and analyzing reports. This position will also identify and solve customer and process problems.
The Product Analyst will reach out to many partners and hold discovery sessions, document what is being learned, identify risks/gaps for remediation, and develop a roadmap to outline the projects to be initiated to address the key risks.
