In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the dialysis facility and the supervision of all nursing personnel in order to ensure a safe, efficient dialysis treatment for all patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving positive patient outcome, customer satisfaction and effective fiscal management. The selected candidate will include defining resources to meet the physician, staff and patient needs.
Communication with claimants, medical professionals, claims staff and others to obtain information necessary to make sound medical decisions. In addition, responds to various written, telephone and/or in-person inquiries regarding status of case.
Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates the clinical and operational functions of the nursing unit to ensure quality cost effective healthcare is provided to the residents. Accepts responsibility and accountability for total unit functioning. Performs nursing care as needed.
