Candidates will have extensive knowledge of ISO 14001 and have the knowledge and foresight to plan around reasonable integration challenges with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Will also be responsible to documenting new procedures and creating work instructions.

The Plant Manager (in-waiting) is accountable and responsible for plant operating performance and continuous improvement toward evolving customer, operational and financial objectives. The successful Plant Manager will develop individuals and teams and integrate manufacturing, process engineering, purchasing, planning, logistics, inventory, quality, and maintenance to achieve those objectives.
Manage Plant Project Engineers, Maintenance and Facilities Personnel, and the plant change process in the Engineering Department. Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
