The Inside Sales Manager will lead the Inside sales team and will drive critical success for the sales organization by providing top line revenue growth and leads for the Outside Sales function. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to hire, train and coach individuals to drive sales success and thrive in a fast-paced, growing sales environment. The individual is responsible to drive efficiency, building new processes and consistently delivering results.
As a Senior Inside Sales Manager you have the opportunity to partner with the Portfolio Sales Leader for Chemicals and our operations teams to enhance our sales effectiveness, increase the discipline in our sales process, and continue building our Chemicals business. SISMs work with teams to develop and document a thorough understanding of the clients needs and drives this understanding and our solution strategies into our sales deliverables.
