This position will provide end to end program management of Premiers IT Acquisitions across the enterprise. This role will be hands-on with technical implementation professionals, managing timelines, resources, and risks to achieve complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for enabling and facilitating the work that is done by the project team. They position themselves as facilitators and removers of roadblocks, eliminating distractions and enabling the team to perform its job.
Experience in the full range of project/ program management activities with emphasis in project planning, risk assessment, resource management, estimating and monitoring costs, quality management and project contract management.
Creates an environment that encourages identifying, managing and controlling risks. Ability to analyze present-state, develop future state alternatives and facilitate implementation. Analyzes process data to recognize systemic flaws that require process redesign and performance fluctuations that should be addressed.
