In this role, you will design, development and delivery of data and analytics reporting for in-scope services ( both internal and outsourced ) in collaboration with key stakeholders within the region as well as collaboration with team members from other regions / global resources.
In this role, you will facilitate compliance for the sector through key regional support resources I-9, minimum wage enforcement, training compliance, onboarding, exit interviews for key positions, referrals, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will close the gap between talent supply and talent demand through effective workforce planning; provide insight into resources and investments required to achieve the talent needs of the business, focusing on work design, organizational structure and people requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be providing guidance to managers in handling difficult or complex employee relations issues and in resolving complaints or disputes, such as advising managers on appropriate disciplinary actions and procedures to ensure consistency; and providing risk assessments for terminations.
In this role, you will ensure the use of sound and consistent processes and practices relating to people across the company; contribute actively to creating and maintaining people related processes and practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall assisting in administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function including, but not limited to, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
