In this role, the selected candidate will manage the recruiting, staffing, onboarding, performance management, goal alignment, career planning, employee development, training, salary administration, and reward and recognition processes to ensure adequate, competent, and motivated resources are available to achieve the planned results within planned costs.
In this role, you will leads and manages worldwide sales operations processes in collaboration with the regional sales leaders to ensure deployment of best practices and common operating processes. (including revenue forecasting and the 90 day planning process).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration.
The rsd is also responsible for developing and maintaining an effective and influential relationship with the management team for those certified solution partners whose headquarters are located within the sales territory.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments; ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including achievement of product / solution sales goals for assigned territories and/or accounts.
