In this role, you will plan, implement, direct and control the activities in their assigned department including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, workers compensation, and all related legal and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
