Educate team members and referral sources about select specialty services as related to industry changes, specific hospital clinical programs and capabilities, clinical outcomes and appropriate patient referrals/admissions.
Identify, cultivate and manage high impact relationships with key prospects and major benefit consulting firms in the health & wellness marketplace including national practice leaders, individual consultants and their major clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration.
In this role, you will manage the transition and handover to our service delivery teams post deal closing and, also, manage and drive client resourcing needs to ensure the team meets committed delivery time frames.
