The Lean Systems Design Expert will lead and manage the deployment of the (company) Production System, methodologies, standards and processes utilizing customer demand operating principles across the network.
Partner with both domestic and global commercial, manufacturing, product management and supply chain teams to identify vital x's to drive process improvements and control plans impacting key business measurements.
The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for Operational Excellence projects and activities at multiple locations in assigned region; champion projects and provide technical leadership utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or other available tools improving quality, cost and delivery.

As a GBB Compete specialist, you will be driving the Data Platform Reference Win initiative, coaching and guiding Data Platform High Potential (HiPo) teams, developing the subject matter expertise for unblocking competitive Oracle/DB2/Sybase Compete opportunities, capturing insights, and sharing best practices in tight collaboration with Data Platform leads and the broader Microsoft field.
