In this role, you will have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
The selected candidate will be responsible for full P&L responsibility, ensuring compliance with all building regulations, meeting safety, quality, and technical requirements while maintaining both budget and schedule constraints. Through proper execution of your role you will also develop relationships and build continuing business for this company.
In this role, you will develop and maintain the provisions and requirements of all contract documents, including plans, specifications, owners contract, subcontracts and purchase orders. Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices and change requests. Negotiate contract changes with client, with project managers guidance.
