As a Chief Nursing Officer, CNO, you will ensure the administration of quality of patient care. You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the entire nursing, rehab and respiratory staff to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide legal advice and review to geographic and specialist teams within the Food Care Division including, but not limited to: contractual matters; joint ventures and strategic business relationships; purchase and sale agreements, general commercial arrangements, acquisitions and divestitures; equipment, leasing and property management matters; and liability claims.
In this role, the selected candidate will set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals; plan approaches and pitches; work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will actively prospect and generate new client prospects and business collaboration opportunities; visit new prospects and new customers to sell and support my clients CPU and services.
