The Business Analyst will act as a communication conduit between key system users and the IT development team to translate business needs into project requirements as well as advise the Delivery Manager of future business applications needs in order to formulate and recommend project strategies to keep pace with business demands.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for data collection, data input and/or aggregation and data auditing to support accurate key metric reporting and analysis performed by the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in defining, implementing and improving support processes using industry standard practices around incident management, problem management, change management and other application support processes.
