The TA Marketing Manager will be critical to expanding the Temperature Assurance (aka cold chain) business, by managing the portfolio, adding new products / services and working with sales leadership to develop the distribution strategy to our global sales network in existing and new markets.
Manage clinical activities, including patient assessments, care plan development, service level determination, on-site field visits, and the implementation/coordination/maintenance/evaluation of care plans.
Review existing tool sets and assist in proposing a framework for a world-class QA team that focuses primarily on developing automated testing tools; liaison with all IT delivery teams and management to set overall expectations concerning QA timelines, cost and required resources.
The QCM will stay current on publications released by USP, FDA and other pertinent regulating bodies to ensure the Quality Control Analytical & Microbiology Laboratories and the Incoming Inspection departments are complaint in the areas of applications, release specifications, and documentation practices.
Works with project teams to ensure overall software quality is monitored and maintained and / or validates system QA standards necessary to execute test plans and procedures for acceptance testing of new or modified applications / systems.
As a Customer Assurance Manager, the selected candidate will deliver post-sales technical support and training of HVAC products to customers and dealers of existing products or supplemental sales. In addition, this person will provide technical training on products as needed and handle high call volume of customer calls in a call center environment. Some overnight travel in assigned territory will be required.
