Responsible for technology strategy, development and support of the technology portfolio supporting critical Asset Management, Configuration Management, Vulnerability Management, SDLC, and IT Service Management (ITSM) enterprise operations.
The Target Digital Network Analyst conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information.
Maintain customers and versions of the AR Matirx for key controls. Develop and maintain daily/weekly audit reports of matrix key fields so the AR Support team can update master data fields as required to sync all delivery points and Z003 payer records per requirements.

Work with minimal supervision to create complex business analytics, procedure mapping, business requirements gathering, and process re-designs to report business opportunities/issues and create formal recommendations for presentation to our Clients Executive Teams and Internal Stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform extensive quantitative ad-hoc projects, deep financial analysis related to the Company's debt and capital security footprint and other Global Funding activities and prepare management reporting.
Conducting target research from various sources, identifying vulnerabilities, indicators and warnings, performing intelligence analysis through the application of analytic tools and techniques, providing government client with analysis of targeting options, and provide analytic tradecraft mentorship and training as needed.
The Data Analyst has the primary responsibility of data collection, modeling, and reporting of results; during the analysis phase of a project they will qualify the opportunities in the client's business and during the engagement phase they will support the need for ongoing data-driven work to enhance the client's systems and processes.
