In this role, you will under general direction, organizes, prepares and conducts application-specific training programs for end-users of Health Information Technology (HIT) systems. Maintains records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness; work along with Instructional Designers and Training Manager to optimize training conditions, curriculum and outcomes.
The Trainer will coordinate training with other members of the Sales Channel Training team and vendors by project managing training initiatives from development to delivery. This position will also conduct large trainings, sales presentations and facilitator led workshops.
