In this role, the selected candidate will provide Tier 2 O&M support for monitoring and management of day-to-day operations of the multi-level system, which includes the management of license files, routing tables and firewall configurations, and monitoring of system operability through various logs (log, admin, cluster, etc.) to ensure proper functionality is maintained within the enterprise.
The desktop support analyst will be responsible for providing a high level of pc hardware and software support for our local and remote users in a mixed windows and apple environment. The analyst will actively assist with major pc related projects (rollout of a new application, hardware/software upgrades, integrations, etc.)
In this role, the selected candidate will offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction; create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues.
A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
In this role, you will respond to global outages, ensuring a timely restoration of services response to all Enterprise NGDE suite services including, but not limited to, local and remote access via the Alternate Cluster capability and bi-lateral domain connectivity.
This position will work together with a user base, understand their requirements, and be able to meld the needs into the existing architecture or how to develop a new architecture to implement the needed systems.
