In this role, the selected candidate will provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to a variety of groups and individuals as well as perform ad hoc analysis as needed; continuously improve tools that are used to facilitate technical troubleshooting.

This position will work together with a user base, understand their requirements, and be able to meld the needs into the existing architecture or how to develop a new architecture to implement the needed systems.
A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction; create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues.
