The position will support the Business Oversight Team in the coordination, management, testing and reporting of departments processes and controls. In addition, the team implements department desktop procedures, facilitates the departments monthly controls meeting, and provides reporting on the status of supervisory controls for the Product Management and Product Strategy & Development organizations.
Schwab Trading Operations Electronic Order Review is responsible for overseeing key trading and operational units to ensure integrity, accuracy, and appropriate controls of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Oversee research reporting process, including: maintain industry research library, managing relationships with data providers, creating and distributing summaries of research reports and coordinate research budget within CSIM and the broader company relationships.
Support the client retention opportunities and prospect opportunities for affluent clients by navigating complex client escalations / accommodations and collaborate with internal partners to help prioritize these requests.
