In this role, the selected candidate will create reports and data driven presentations with impact - identify trends and occurrences in data and translate findings into various mediums including text, charts, graphs, displays, tables.
In this role, you will identify potential opportunities for process improvement and report automation using various methods, i.e. databases, spreadsheets, external data sources, IT development, and execute changes to systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide a variety of financial data, maintains and updates financial models to including capital tracking tool and metric trend reporting; provide budget, forecast, and variance analysis and related reports as needed.
In this role, you will assist in the evaluation of techniques, tactics and procedures and course of action development, evaluation, and execution. The position shall provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Business Operations Analyst will be part of a team heavily involved in billing operations and process improvement initiatives. A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments. Work will be a variable combination of data analysis, account auditing, and process improvement initiatives.
