In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, leading marketing activities, building a local team, developing and mentoring staff, collaborating with other disciplines, establishing and maintaining budgets, and working in partnership with leadership throughout the company.
In this role, the selected candidate will learn customer systems and leverage TI product expertise to help solve complex technical problems or develop competitive, high-performance working proposals for customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing contacts with key engineers and officials in other organizations to confirm that engineering practices applied are consistent with current engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and current technological innovations.
Capture the customer IDs / account numbers and tie them back to the purchase requests, so that when support is required the information can be provided to the supplier. Ability to generate software licenses from manufacturer portals is a plus.
In this role, you will have the ability to brief technical system and network issues and overall system reports to program management and customer leadership using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
