Provide direction, guidance and counseling to the management team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters in support of providing recruiting services to for designated centralized HR administrative services to company managers and employees.
The HRIPO Team is primarily responsible for all operational activities and project management support for the various HR functions. The HRIPO Sr. Team Manager will manage the Project Manager staff within the organization, across multiple geographies. This role will report to a Managing Director of the HRIPO.
In this role, you will manage hourly/management employee recruiting and hiring processes. Audits departments work product, ensuring compliance of all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
