The Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter plays a key role in providing organizational support in various areas of human resources with an emphasis in recruitment. This role requires a pro-active, innovative and highly focused HR professional to lead recruitment efforts.
Recruit an inclusive and diverse workforce through job requisition set up, sourcing candidates, reviewing background checks and ensuring a positive candidate experience through date of hire. Assist hiring managers in determining their needs prior to posting and help them make hiring decisions aligned with our Values and strategic objectives.
Manage the recruiting process and applicant tracking system, including personnel requisitions, job descriptions, job postings, scheduling interviews, compiling interview evaluations, and closing out candidates not selected to move forward in the process.
