In this role, you will be responsible for
the delivery of HR solutions to managers, employees and HR Leadership within the business with a high level of customer focus and for working with peers to ensure work is shared across groups to ensure full coverage and utilization of team strengths.
The HR Project Manager is responsible for assembling project teams, project definition, project plan development, assigning and tracking individual responsibilities and project resources, risk identification, project schedule, setting deadlines, monitoring and managing expenses; all the insure coordination and timely completion of assigned projects and all other aspects of project management.
In this role, the selected candidate will implement and act to ensure compliance with company and Region HR policies. Carry out hiring, recruitment and benefits processes. Perform initial investigations on HR matters.
