The Senior Project Manager will provide exceptional leadership with clear direction and accountability for major capital project installations from initial budget requests and cost estimating, through phased engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in a World Class Manufacturing environment, utilizing established Project Management Standards. Will be responsible for several large projects in unison, completed with the highest regard for safety, environment, quality and reliability, as well as performance ethics.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for shaping, qualification, strategy and positioning activities leading to the successful capture of multiple opportunities. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of success in managing complex capture projects throughout the entire Federal Acquisition lifecycle from inception to award. Demonstrated experience in developing capture plans and successfully pursuing large-scale Federal Government business/projects is a fundamental requirement.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing facilities services including budget/finance management, planning, building maintenance, reception/switchboard, mailroom, conference rooms, copy/supply, breakrooms, vending/food service, and employee services functions.
