In this role, you will be responsible for assisting design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide Operations Support Systems (OSS) applications and their associated operating systems and databases.
In this role, the selected candidate provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems; responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
In this role, you will act as Deployment Team technical interface / system subject matter expert to provide clear guidance to relevant stakeholders on architecture, support requirements and expectations for complex operational, test, and exercise events.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical support for servers, switches, routers, SAN storage devices, and networking devices along with all relative hardware and copper/fiber cabling.
In this role, you will resolve basic networking issues such as password resets, remote access issues, wireless, internet, routers. The selected candidate will maintain ownership of user issues and ensures resolution within the stated time frames.
