Work with field offices, repair shops, and supply chain vendors as necessary to resolve daily repair & maintenance events and questions, which may include review and analysis of individual repair events or proactively working with local office field management in regards to management of their fleet repair & maintenance processes overall and as part of ongoing business.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of building reports, writing advanced queries, and performing data analysis. Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing is also crucial to this role. The candidate should be comfortable working with a team but also be able to work on projects independently. Experience working in a client-facing role is ideal.
