In this role, you will be responsible for
support issues for customers by partnering with other sales team members, technical support, or other internal departments as needed, escalating issues to the appropriate party when needed.
In this role, you will work at the sales counter to serve in - store customers as assigned. Contributes to add - on sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Handles customer inquiries and problem resolution when an outside salesperson is not available.

In this role, the selected candidate will generates new enrollments and revenue for the College by attending trade shows and calling on regional offices of larger accounts. This position will also directly manage select smaller accounts not covered by the National Account Managers.
