Responsible for achieving division sales goals and objectives, cross-sell results, employee retention, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability and company reputation in the area of first mortgages through the development and motivation of assigned team.
The position will support the Business Oversight Team in the coordination, management, testing and reporting of departments processes and controls. In addition, the team implements department desktop procedures, facilitates the departments monthly controls meeting, and provides reporting on the status of supervisory controls for the Product Management and Product Strategy & Development organizations.
Develop a project management infrastructure and provide ongoing project management support for a broad and diverse set of deliverables associated with the Strategic Business Development team and its clients.
Experience in project management developing schedules and associated costs, monitoring and reporting progress to cost / schedule using EVMS, preparing variance reports as required, and promptly alerting management of impending cost / schedule issues.
Reviewing transactional monitoring reports and research, as necessary, in coordination with service teams/FC to support ongoing EDD. Preparing and presenting cases for business acceptance review groups.
Responsible to actively sell integrated product solution projects through direct end user interface, and to coordinate all Sharp technical and support resources required to secure the business for sale through the dealer network.
The ideal candidate will identify, qualify and close new opportunities. They will contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to assigned Inside Sales rep and working with channel partners. She/he will have experience teaming with Federal System Integrators, Channel and Alliance partners.
