The Trainer is responsible for performing all training duties, including, but not limited to, creating, designing, developing policies/educational materials and delivering curriculum for all Revenue Cycle staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will teach trainees how to design water-based automatic fire sprinkler systems to contract specifications, NFPA and local codes; teach trainees how to communicate with field and jurisdictional personnel while working with project managers and sales staff.
Coordinate the facility's training program by identifying appropriate personnel for training, ensuring presenters are available when scheduled, and assisting in any additional needs that may be required during training assignments.
Supervises employees during training. This includes modeling core competences, skills and behaviors of a company leader; tracking attendance; addressing inappropriate behavior and documenting performance, both strengths and development needs.
The Crisis Trainer will plan for, coordinate and assure high quality clinical and educational programming as part of the Crisis Training Program of WPIC (CIT); ensure the provision of effective consultation and training by CIT to State Hospitals, mental health administrative offices and provider agencies in Western Pennsylvania, other contracting agencies, and WPIC staff.
In this role, the candidate will develop teaching aids including training manuals, demonstration models, reference material and visual aids; track, record, and maintain attendance records for all training conducted.
