As a member of the Internal IT Team, this staff member will be tasked with systems administration, software setup, and end user support. Ideally this candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will communicate with end users at various levels to troubleshoot technical issues.
In this role, you will work within a team of support engineers focused on resolving customers' technical issues with netwrix software, answering questions and other inquires, conducting product training, live troubleshooting sessions, and identifying and resolving application or environmental issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical expertise in establishing support processes and best practices specifically for OMS/OCF Manhattan platform and also in the ecommerce larger eco system that includes ATG, 3rd party systems (Ex. CyberSource, AVS, Vertex, Responses, SVS etc. ) and legacy systems (Ex. Supply Chain, RMS, Sales Audit etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation; provide analytic and consultative support to a broad spectrum of internal customer areas and external business partners.
In this role, you will configure and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless APs including controllers, firewalls, and context switching as break/fix or enhancement requests.
In this role, the selected candidate will work to ensure the batch processes and jobs are running without errors; this position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
