Provides guidance and work direction to lead personnel and production workers to achieve production goals consistent with budgetary costs and quality standards. Responsible for any combination of the following assembly, molding, metal fabrication, and other production areas in multiple departments, multiple shifts and multiple areas.
Interact routinely with judges and court personnel (including attending court hearings and testifying on behalf of the ward) attorneys, professionals in community organizations, and the general public.
Manage the agency/client relationship to ensure proper servicing of the client and that all client objectives and requirements are met and exceeded; coordinate the planning, development and execution of advertising activities for the client.
Incumbent must ensure that all operations within the facility are following applicable SOPs and work instructions during his/her assigned shift; perform safety process checks, such as MIPs, to ensure compliance.
Ensure the safety and well-being of one's self and all the employees in the manufacturing facility. Identify areas where safety issues could arise and take measures to proactively address the concerns.
Responsible for process of wire transfers, tax payables and all payroll deductions for customers' employees; responsible for cash balance maintenance, general ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
The Warehouse Leader will be responsible for the daily warehouse operations with a strong safety and customer focus. The incumbent will be expected to lead and manage the current shipping and receiving operations. The incumbent will be expected to identify and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance and increase efficiency of warehouse operations while maintaining inventory integrity.
