Manage the deployment, monitoring,
maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all desktop, mobile and
portable IT systems, including PCs, laptops, PDAs, smart phones, operating
systems, network and wireless connectivity, print and document management
technologies, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Manages at least 1 full time exempt manager. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
