The Senior Data Analyst works closely with department and/or functional managers to determine report requirements, build reports, and quality test them prior to distribution.
As the lead work measurement study analyst you will design and plan work measurement studies (i.e., understand claims handling processes and organizational structure, capture empirical data associated to work effort). Youll also analyze and digitize work effort data to develop standard times for claims handling processes.
