In this role, the selected candidate will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision maker's Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure market and account Distribution, Service, Merchandising, Pricing (DSMP) goals are achieved. Conduct 5 store evaluations per week for a total of 65 per quarter and 10 of the 65 conducted on weekend.
The primary objective of the Retail Account Executive is to drive the sales and profitability in the Eastern Region of the United States. You will be able to leverage superior retailer and wholesaler customer relationships that continue to build upon our already impressive distribution footprint, as well as increase household penetration of our truly innovative product lines.
This person will be responsible for recruitment and the strategic development, implementation and ongoing execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for the assigned region (s) across multiple states.
