Oversee the selection of new staff, and be responsible for motivating, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results.
Develop, mentor, and coach all Alumni staff within assigned region to ensure consistent interaction with Alumni and families, monitors and develops training, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities and culture.
Maintaining a solid understanding of and relationships with decision makers within senior living organizations such as owners/operators, CEOs, Chief Clinical Officers, CFOs, and Administrators. This requires an understanding of the current regulatory environment and planned changes, as well as the operational challenges faced on a daily basis and the role of rehabilitation in successful nursing facility operations. Must be able to determine how to position/articulate the features and benefits of HealthPRO?s approach to these individuals.
