The position holder is responsible for the effective utilization of enterprise resource planning tools (ERP) to facilitate the efficient planning, to support the manufacturing process and on-time delivery of products and services to the companys customers. These responsibilities include the purchasing, scheduling, warehousing and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and manages the direction and daily activities of the Royal Plastics Incorporated materials and services with the focus on people, organization, process and information technology.
Accountable for material cost, long-term assurance of supply, material availability for production/shipments, supplier quality performance, compliance to the quality system as well as all purchasing related information and data management.
Help direct supplier interaction with R&D, Operations and Quality Control to develop new products, lower overall costs, ensure on time deliveries, maximize volume leverage, minimize supply risk and assure quality.
Drive/decide/consult on continuous process improvement on procurement center level in alignment with operating segment team. Coordinate/ develop/ improve ERP Data Extraction in order to improve data transparency in Spend Analytics Tools .
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing raw materials plans to support sales forecasts, providing inventory projections, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory management.
Lead process and strategy improvements related to strategic sourcing, purchase-to-pay (P2P) services procurement, contracts and category management.Establish client value propositions that tie financial metrics and CFO focus areas directly to operations business improvement.
