This role will be responsible for scheduling production, overseeing welding procedures, coordinating the efforts of inspection associates, supporting inventory management/procurement, and directing the work of production associates with an eye towards optimizing quality and workplace safety. Hands-on welding skills are required in order to develop and prove out new welding techniques.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical aspects of projects, client interaction, dept. budgets, scheduling work, checking calculations, training designers and engineers, provide solutions, able to handle projects from start through completion, experience in energy modeling / simulation for LEED, HVAC equipment selection & system design, energy code compliance reporting.
Responsible for all maintenance and maintenance related projects, repairs, and planning on a plant wide level including but not limited to regular maintenance, preventative maintenance, outages, project and process improvements related to plant equipment installation or modification.
