Coordinate the planning, scoping, negotiating, cost estimating, quoting, purchase order development, regulatory approval, property access, scheduling, project implementation, invoicing, and payment process of maintenance projects.

Analyze loss over the course of the project and ensure that lessons learned are captured and included in the project and stage gate process to ensure loss elimination and best practice integration in future projects. Ensure a collaborative approach with appropriate pillar team involvement and shared learning.
