In this role, the selected candidate will create and revise engineering and manufacturing drawings, specifications, and material requirements; assist with analytical evaluation of designs -- e.g. structural, thermal, fluid flow, vibration, shock.
In this role, you will develops and recommends equipment specifications, performance requirements, cost analysis and proposals for integrating machinery, equipment and tooling into the manufacturing process.
In this role, you will design and analysis of central systems (steam, condensate, water treatment, chilled water, compressed air, any fluid, treated water, fuel and cogeneration or preferably combined heat and power) and related equipment and controls.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting large and small scale aerospace ground testing projects, including design of mechanical systems and or test hardware, oversight of mechanical hardware fabrication, oversight of system and hardware installation, data analysis, instrumentation specifications, and final report generation.
In this role, you will perform CAD modeling and detail drawings, assist in patent searches, do necessary calculations, select materials, determine and coordinate tests, review and analyze costs, and solve design related problems.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor Preventive/Predictive maintenance program and ensure timely resolution of all identified issues; identify and resolve chronic electrical asset concerns (bad actors).
