Responsible for the development and implementation of computer controlled manufacturing processes ( such as foundry furnaces, dip lines, autoclave, etc. ), and for assuring the accuracy and reliability of those processes.

In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in Automated Liquid Filling machine packaging engineering role in Food industry; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improve, and 5S principles.
The principal challenges of this position are to participate in the deployment and implementation of new and existing business and manufacturing systems, technologies and information solutions; to understand and support existing business and manufacturing systems and technologies; and to apply Arconics standards, procedures and technologies.
Plans and performs engineering work in developing and/or improving product, processes, equipment, quality, and/or systems.Assignments are a variety of production challenges and require using standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
This position is responsible for providing a full range of drawing production work including problem analysis, design layout and calculations on non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as machines, robots, instruments, controls, etc.
The person in this role is responsible for the design and development of mechanical systems in machinery; collaboration with the product management team, global engineering and US engineering team (electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, software engineers) is required to successfully meet design criteria and project timelines.
