As the IT Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for making sure IT procedures are performed in accordance with company policies. The IT Compliance Administrator will also provide IT support for IT leadership.
Manage all stages of the IT projects assigned, including planning, implementing and monitoring activities. Work with IT line managers and team member to develop project plans and activities with appropriate tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines. Provide all levels of project communications and work with project sponsors to resolve issues, address changes and identify risks.
In this role, the selected candidate will
be responsible for the hiring and training of auditors to ensure that the technical proficiency and educational background is appropriate for the audits to be performed, as well as assuring the promotability of staff members within the company.
Provide guidance to client and contractor resources personnel in support of IT project; define and document the objectives for the project, budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference for project teams.
This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with company personnel, assessing audit clients' satisfaction, and proactively maintaining contact with the audit client throughout the year.
Manage the deployment, monitoring,
maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all desktop, mobile and
portable IT systems, including PCs, laptops, PDAs, smart phones, operating
systems, network and wireless connectivity, print and document management
technologies, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Interact with contractors employed by the pharmaceutical partners to ensure that data are transmitted between and among contractors and the pharmaceutical partners in a timely, efficient, and reliable manner in accordance with industry standards.
Assist Director of Business Systems and Supply Chain and ARDEX management to develop and utilize information systems to improve overall business efficiency, making recommendations for change or enhancement.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and guide the work of technical staff and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. You will also plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Drives all phases of the project life cycle while adhering to PMO standard practices, including but not limited to project conception, requirements definition, work breakdown, resource allocation and budgeting/forecasting, procurement coordination, risk management, change control, issue escalation/resolution and overall control of project scope.
