The Human Resources Manager leads Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and direction for all HR functions of this Manufacturing Plant. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the employees, and leaders supporting plant operations.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Field HR Operations, the Regional Human Resource Manager is responsible for providing general human resource services and programs to team members, department coordinators and Executive Directors which meet or exceed company quality service standards.
The HR Manager forms partnerships with management to create superior relationships to facilitate the attainment of the organizations business objectives while developing the capabilities of those at the facility.
Manages at least 1 full time exempt manager. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
The Site HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that serves primarily as a strategic thought- and business partner to the site operations and functional leaders, while also being responsible for the execution of full-cycle Human Resources support.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Maintains personal employee information including but not limited to medical, pay, demographic, discipline, schedule preferences, accommodation requests, family matters, in the strictest confidence.
