The HR Manager for Global Communication, Human Resources, Legal and Sales / Marketing Excellence will support the SVP of Communications, the CHRO, SVP of Legal and the SVP of Sales and Marketing Excellence.
Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC ), you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources / Payroll Department.
In this role, you will lead and supervise an HR team that may include an HR Business Partner, HR Coordinators, and production or functional staffing team. Strengthen the HR leadership pipeline and build HR capability by acquiring, developing and inspiring great talent.
In this role, you will act as change agent working directly with and championing hr directors, centers of expertise, district and branch leadership, and continuous improvement organizations strategies.
The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and direction for all HR functions of this Manufacturing Plant. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the employees, and leaders supporting plant operations.
Provide all general support of HR functions at the unit level. Manage the process and implementation of the following: payroll, benefits, employee incentives, retention, turnover, recruitment, safety, training and development.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
In this role, you will partner with HR Operations and CoEs to enable two-way information sharing on business needs, analyze trends and metrics within designated business units, develop integrated solutions, programs and policies in support of business strategy.
Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Maintains personal employee information including but not limited to medical, pay, demographic, discipline, schedule preferences, accommodation requests, family matters, in the strictest confidence.
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee relations management, performance management, career development and talent assessment, acquisition and retention, employee advocacy / engagement, and application and training on workplace policies and benefits processes.
