The position requires strong written and spoken communication skills, ability to navigate relationships across multiple functions and influence staff and leaders at many levels, and the ability to develop and execute plans. This role requires hands-on involvement in solving complex problems, advising project sponsors and leaders on how to affect successful change using best practices, and writing a variety of project plans and communications, including internal announcements and presentation slides.
In this role, you will coordinate the collection and analysis of information for monthly and quarterly Controller ship requests for the SBU, including productivity reports, working capital trends, inventory, cash flow and other analysis.
As a BI Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the process of designing, developing, managing and enhancing the data warehouse and BI solution. The ideal candidate would have a solid background in either Finance or Accounting to work closely with the business community in understanding their information needs, then translating these requirements into refined, easy-to-use information tools.
