In this role, you will be responsible for providing day to day operational support for Human Resources Administration ( HRA ) knowledge to customers, maintaining, monitoring and auditing all ongoing HR data updates, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to ensure data accuracy and supporting the HR Administration operational activities to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
In this role, you will monitor incoming data from data suppliers to ensure the quality and on - time delivery of the data, work with data suppliers to configure and format the sending and receiving of data.
As a BI Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the process of designing, developing, managing and enhancing the data warehouse and BI solution. The ideal candidate would have a solid background in either Finance or Accounting to work closely with the business community in understanding their information needs, then translating these requirements into refined, easy-to-use information tools.
In this role, you will maintain understanding of current reporting technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops or groups.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience as an Application Engineer (or equivalent classification) using an Enterprise BI tool (e.g. Business Objects, Crystal Reporting or Tableau).
In this role, you will create and maintain data for internal Revenue Cycle analysis and modeling and be able to explain these activities to a sophisticated analytic audience as well as translate these activities into general terms for non-technical audiences and senior management.
