As a combination of customer experience and digital strategist, you will be part of the team that owns the product roadmap, and drive definition and priorities through to implementation. Leading cross functional teams, you will evaluate product enhancements based on impact, size, cost and other considerations.
Write detailed User Stories & identify specific, measurable/testable acceptance criteria. Creates detailed functional specifications and data models for development of new products or modifications to existing products & definition of detailed test plans.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
Create consumer empathy/understanding across the business team by effectively communicating existing consumer understanding and identifying actionable learning needs. Use transparent, strategy-aligned criteria to assess the value of projects to the business.
The candidate will specifically support PPGs Global Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system and other Logistics and Export Compliance systems. Individuals on this team serve as the initial point of contact for internal customers/system users as well as external suppliers providing Software-as-a-Service. There is a focus on developing strong working relationships with internal customers.
The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for working directly with company lines of business to identify, define, document and prioritize requirements of information systems of various size and complexity for assigned projects.
