As a combination of customer experience and digital strategist, you will be part of the team that owns the product roadmap, and drive definition and priorities through to implementation. Write detailed User Stories & identify specific, measurable/testable acceptance criteria. Creates detailed functional specifications and data models for development of new products or modifications to existing products & definition of detailed test plans.
The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for working directly with company lines of business to identify, define, document and prioritize requirements of information systems of various size and complexity for assigned projects.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
Perform requirements gathering/elicitation and analysis in order to understand current state processes, complex business rules and desired future state; ensuring that the context and implications of the changes are identified and understood by the business and the project team.
